About Goi

Goi has worked in international and educational environments since 1997 in both Thailand and the United States where she immigrated in 2006. She has created and lead training sessions for educators and worked with multilingual/cultural populations.

 

To share her love of Thai food and culture, she started teaching Thai cooking classes at various locales in Portland using techniques she learned from various Thai chefs that better cater to a variety of palate preferences and busy lifestyles.

 

In 2015, Goi evolved the experience of Thai cooking fun: it’s not only a class but also a party or a customized event for special events (date night, birthday, family reunion, team building, and school class).
