Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
By signing up and/or making a payment for a cooking class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract. These terms apply to all activities in which the booking participant and/or guardian engages during the applicable activities. If you are registering a class on behalf of a group, you acknowledge that the terms and conditions apply to all of the participants in your party. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up and making your payment.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the cooking class date will not be refunded. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the cooking class date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the cooking class date will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling:
A $30 fee will be charged for rescheduling requests made 7 or more days prior to the cooking class date. Half the class fee will be charged for rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior to the cooking class date.
I am excited to participate in ThaiIsFun’s cooking class and agree to the use of any photographs or recordings taken during the class on social media. By checking the box, I give my consent for ThaiIsFun to use my image in these materials.

Liability:
1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Thai cooking class, social event with alcohol consumption, on-site dining, takeout, and travel to and from the event, the undersigned ("Releasor") acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. The Releasor accepts these risks, including those arising from ordinary negligence, except as they result from the gross negligence, willful, or intentional misconduct of Thai Is Fun.

2. Release of Liability
In exchange for being allowed to participate, the Releasor hereby releases, waives, and discharges Thai Is Fun, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives ("Thai Is Fun") from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the event, including claims based on ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, willful, or intentional misconduct by Thai Is Fun.

3. Indemnification
The Releasor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thai Is Fun from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from any claims brought as a result of the Releasor's participation in the event, except for those arising from the gross negligence, willful, or intentional misconduct of Thai Is Fun.

4. Binding Effect and Severability
This Agreement is binding on the Releasor and their heirs, assigns, or legal representatives. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

5. Minor Participants
If the Participant is a minor, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required below. By signing, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
The Releasor acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the Detailed Legal Terms of this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
